Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Continental Kennel Club. If you have a problem with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read on for information concerning the return and refund policies for our products and services. All fees mentioned within the document are according to the Member Service Fee Schedule.

Registration Services Corrections

  • Members must notify us within 60 days of the registration date if they have not received their registration documents. They will be reissued at no charge. 
  • Notification to CKC of missing documents more than 60 days beyond the registration date will result in a reissue fee.
  • Items such as certificates, pedigrees, photo ID cards, and dog tags may be returned for corrections within 60 days of the issue date without a reissue fee. 
  • Items returned for corrections after 60 days from the issue date will be subject to reissue fees.

*In addition to chosen service(s) for customers outside the USA and its territories which include: Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), APO, and FPO.

Pre-Printed Puppy Applications

  • Puppy Registration Applications are issued free of charge upon completion of registration.
  • Members must notify us within 30 days of the registration date if they have not received their registration documents. They will be reissued at no charge.
  • Notification to CKC of missing Puppy Registration Applications more than 30 days beyond the registration date will result in a reissue fee.
  • Applications requiring correction are generally resolved upon notification by the member to CKC, and may require a reissue fee at CKC’s discretion. 

Merchandise and Damages

  • If you’ve not received your item(s) or they arrive damaged, please see our Shipping Policy.

Microchips

  • If you have not received your microchip within 60 days of the order date, please contact us.
  • If your chip arrives damaged or broken, it must be returned to CKC to qualify for reimbursement or replacement.
    • The product must be in its unopened, original protective sleeve. Save your packaging

Merchandise Returns

  • Unless otherwise specified by Continental Kennel Club, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 
    • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received and inspect it. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund. 
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
  • CKC will not issue refunds for overpayment of $1 or less.

Shipping

  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received and inspect it. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund. 
  • Unless otherwise stated by Continental Kennel Club, you are responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
